# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1732 of 18 September 2020 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to fees charged by the European Securities and Markets Authority to securitisation repositories (Text with EEA relevance), Article 5: General payment modalities

1. All fees shall be payable in euros. The fees shall be paid as specified in Articles 6, 7, and 8.
2. Any delay in payment shall incur a daily penalty equal to 0,1 % of the amount due.
