  "text": "In Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/659, the list of third countries and parts of the territory of third countries from which the entry into the Union of consignments of equidae and of semen, ova and embryos of equidae is authorised, is amended as follows:\n(a) the entry for Kuwait is replaced by the following:\n‘\nKW\nKuwait\nKW-0\nWhole country\nE\nX\nX\nX\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\nX\n’\n(b) the entry for Turkey is replaced by the following:\n‘\nTR\nTurkey\nTR-0\nWhole country\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\nTR-1\nProvinces of Ankara, Edirne, Istanbul, Izmir, Kirklareli and Tekirdag\nE\nX\nX\nX\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\n—\nX\n’",
