1.
Administrators of UK Climate Transition Benchmarks shall disclose in their methodology whether and how they exclude companies.
2.
By 31 December 2022, administrators of UK Climate Transition Benchmarks shall comply with the requirements set out in Article 12(1), points (a), (b) and (c), and Article 12(2).
