# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1818 of 17 July 2020 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards minimum standards for UK Climate Transition Benchmarks and UK Paris-aligned Benchmarks, Article 14: Disclosure of the decarbonisation trajectory

Administrators of UK Climate Transition Benchmarks and administrators of UK Paris-aligned Benchmarks shall formalise, document and make public the decarbonisation trajectories of those benchmarks, the base year used for the determination of those decarbonisation trajectories, and where the targets laid down in the decarbonisation trajectory are not met, the reasons for that failure and the steps that they will take to reach the adjusted target referred to in Article 7(4).
