# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/1818 of 17 July 2020 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1011 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards minimum standards for UK Climate Transition Benchmarks and UK Paris-aligned Benchmarks, Article 3: Equity allocation constraint

UK Climate Transition Benchmarks and UK Paris-aligned Benchmarks that are based on equity securities admitted to a public market in the Union or in another jurisdiction, shall have an aggregated exposure to the sectors listed in Sections A to H and Section L of SIC that is at least equivalent to the aggregated exposure of the underlying investable universe to those sectors.
