Article 1

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1261 is amended as follows:

1. (1)

   in Article 1, ‘HYPRED SAS’ is replaced by ‘HYPRED SAS – KERSIA Group’;

2. (2)

   the Annex is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.
