  "text": "This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\nArticle 1 shall apply from 1 January 2021.\nHowever, points (1), (4) to (10) and (12) of Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2022.",
