The smart readiness impact criteria considered in the calculation protocol set out in Annex I are the following:
(a) energy efficiency,
(b) maintenance and fault prediction,
(c) comfort,
(d) convenience,
(e) health, well-being and accessibility,
(f) information to occupants,
(g) energy flexibility and storage.
