  "text": "(a) the type of buildings or building unit;\n(b) the total useful floor area of the building or building unit;\n(c) the smart readiness class;\n(d) the overall smart readiness score;\n(e) the smart readiness scores with regard to the three key smart readiness functionalities highlighted in Annex IA to Directive 2010/31/EU and in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2155;\n(f) the smart readiness scores with regard to the smart readiness indicator impact criteria as set out in Annex II to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2155.",
