Division 3 Member States report annually to the Commission on the data collected in accordance with the requirements set out in point 1. The annual report to the Commission includes, where available, at least the following:

the total number of smart readiness indicator certificates issued, the overall distribution of smart readiness classes, in accordance with Annex VIII to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2155, and statistics on the energy performance of buildings and building units for which smart readiness indicator certificates were issued;

statistics on the buildings for which smart readiness indicator certificates were issued in the reporting year, including the share of certificates for:

1. (1)

   residential and non-residential buildings;

2. (2)

   single family dwellings;

3. (3)

   multifamily apartment buildings;

4. (4)

   non-residential buildings with a total useful floor area equal to or less than 1 000 m^2;

5. (5)

   non-residential buildings with a total useful floor area of more than 1 000 m².

The distribution of smart readiness classes, according to Annex VIII to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2155 for each of the following categories of buildings:

1. (1)

   single family dwellings;

2. (2)

   multifamily apartment buildings;

3. (3)

   non-residential buildings with a total useful floor area equal to or less than 1 000 m²;

4. (4)

   non-residential buildings with a total useful floor area of more than 1 000 m².
