  "text": "Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2157\nof 14 December 2020\napproving Union amendments to the specification for a Protected Designation of Origin or a Protected Geographical Indication (‘Montello – Colli Asolani’ (PDO))\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33 of 17 October 2018 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards applications for protection of designations of origin, geographical indications and traditional terms in the wine sector, the objection procedure, restrictions of use, amendments to product specifications, cancellation of protection, and labelling and presentation, and in particular Article 15(2) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe Commission has examined the application for the approval of Union amendments to the product specification for the Protected Designation of Origin ‘Montello – Colli Asolani’, forwarded by Italy in accordance with Article 105 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council in conjunction with Article 15 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33. The amendments provide for a change of name from ‘Montello – Colli Asolani’ to ‘Asolo Montello’/‘Montello Asolo’.\n(2)\nThe Commission has published the application for the approval of the Union amendments to the product specification in the Official Journal of the European Union , as required by Article 97(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n(3)\nNo statement of objection has been received by the Commission under Article 98 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013.\n(4)\nThe Union amendments to the product specification should therefore be approved in accordance with Article 99 of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 in conjunction with Article 15(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/33,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
