# Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/2190 of 29 October 2020 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2124 as regards official controls at the border control post where goods leave the Union and certain provisions on transit and transhipment (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2021.
