  "text": "Annex I to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/659 is amended as follows:\n(1) the following entries are inserted after the entry for the Falkland Islands:\n‘\nIn accordance with the Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, and in particular Article 5(4) of the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland in conjunction with Annex 2 to that Protocol, for the purposes of this Annex references to the United Kingdom do not include Northern Ireland.\nGB\nUnited Kingdom\nGB-0\nWhole country\nA\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\nGG\nGuernsey\nGG-0\nWhole country\nA\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\n’;\n(2) the following entry is inserted after the entry for Israel:\n‘\nIM\nIsle of Man\nIM-0\nWhole country\nA\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\n’\n(3) the following entry is inserted after the entry for Iceland:\n‘\nJE\nJersey\nJE-0\nWhole country\nA\nX\nX\nX\nX\nX\n’",
