  "text": "Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 119/2009 is amended as follows:\n(1) the following entry for the United Kingdom is inserted after the entry for Russia:\n‘\nUnited Kingdom(*)\nGB\nWL\nRM\nWM\n’\n(2) the following note concerning the entry for the United Kingdom is added at the end of the list of third countries and parts thereof and additional guarantees:\n(*) ‘In accordance with the Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland from the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community, and in particular Article 5(4) of the Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland in conjunction with Annex 2 to that Protocol, for the purposes of this Annex references to the United Kingdom do not include Northern Ireland.’",
