# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/2208 of 22 December 2020 including the United Kingdom as a third country authorised for the imports into the Union of consignments of hay and straw (Text with EEA relevance), Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 January 2021.
