  "heading": "Entry into force and application",
  "text": "1. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.\n2. This Regulation shall apply from the day following that on which Union law ceases to apply to and in the United Kingdom pursuant to Articles 126 and 127 of the Withdrawal Agreement.\nHowever, it shall not apply if an international agreement governing road transport, concluded between the Union and the United Kingdom, has entered into force, or as the case may be, provisionally applies by that date.\n3. This Regulation shall apply until the day before the entry into force, or as the case may be, until the day before the provisional application, of an international agreement governing road transport, concluded between the Union and the United Kingdom.\nWith the exception of the carriage of passengers by coach and bus referred to in point (3)(d) of Article 2, the provisions of this Regulation applying to the carriage of passengers by coach and bus shall cease to apply on the date of entry into force for the Union and for the United Kingdom of the Protocol to the Interbus agreement regarding the international regular and special regular carriage of passengers by coach and bus.\n4. This Regulation shall in any case cease to apply at the latest on 30 June 2021.",
