  "text": "Part E of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 is amended as follows:\n(1) in food category 14.1.4 ‘Flavoured drinks’, the following new entry for polysorbates (E 432-436) is inserted after the entry for soybean hemicellulose (E 426):\n‘\nE 432-436\nPolysorbates\n10\n(1)\nonly carbonated drinks\n’\n(2) in food category 14.2.3 ‘Cider and perry’, the following new entry for polysorbates (E 432-436) is inserted after the entry for propane-1, 2-diol alginate (E 405):\n‘\nE 432-436\nPolysorbates\n10\n(1)\nonly carbonated drinks\n’\n(3) in food category 14.2.4 ‘Fruit wine and made wine’, the following new entry for polysorbates (E 432-436) is inserted after the entry for metatartaric acid (E 353):\n‘\nE 432-436\nPolysorbates\n10\n(1)\nonly carbonated drinks\n’\n(4) in food category 14.2.8 ‘Other alcoholic drinks including mixtures of alcoholic drinks with non-alcoholic drinks and spirits with less than 15 % of alcohol’, the following new entry for polysorbates (E 432-436) is inserted after the entry for propane-1, 2-diol alginate (E 405):\n‘\nE 432-436\nPolysorbates\n10\n(1)\nonly carbonated drinks\n’",
