# Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/38 of 16 January 2020 establishing technical operational requirements for the recording, formatting and transmission of information pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2017/2403 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the sustainable management of external fishing fleets, Article 8: Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from 1 December 2020.
