  "text": "By way of derogation from Article 4 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1149 and if justified in view of the effects of the operation, the duration of the support for a given beneficiary in a given third country or third-country market for the promotion measure referred to in Article 45(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 may be extended beyond the five-year period laid down in Article 4 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1149, but not later than 15 October 2023.",
