  "text": "By way of derogation from Article 53(1) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1149, Member States may allow beneficiaries of an ongoing operation under the promotion measure referred to in Article 45(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 to submit, via a notification to the competent authority, changes to the destination market of that operation, even if this change modifies the initial objective of the operation. Such changes shall not require prior approval by the competent authority. The notification shall be submitted by the beneficiaries within the deadlines set by the Member States.",
