# Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/436 of 24 March 2020 amending Regulation (EC) No 906/2009 as regards its period of application (Text with EEA relevance), Article 1

In Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 906/2009, the second paragraph is replaced by the following:
‘It shall apply until 25 April 2024’.
