Annex II Amendments to Regulation (EU) No 139/2014

Annex III is amended as follows:

1. (a)

   in point ADR.OR.B.015(b)(2), point (ii) is replaced by the following:

   1. (ii)

      ‘the type of operations at the aerodrome and the associated airspace; and’;

2. (b)

   in point ADR.OR.B.025(a)(1), point (iii) is replaced by the following:

   1. (iii)

      ‘that the flight procedures of the aerodrome and the associated changes thereto, have been established in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373^f1.’;
