  "text": "The Commission shall grant access rights to users corresponding to the user profiles laid down in Table 1, on the basis of a list provided by the Member States through the single contact points referred to in Delegated Regulation 2020/474, as well as to the international organisations and authorities of a third country, in accordance with Article 25(4) of Directive (EU) 2017/2397.",
