Division 1 Validation of full access and process of the data in the EHDB shall be carried out as follows:

    submission of a request through the EHDB for opening an account allowing full access and process of the data;

  2. (b)

    validation shall be done by a relevant single contact point for the EHDB;

  3. (c)

    activation of the account.
