Article 1 Amendment to Regulation (EU) No 1301/2013

In Article 3(3) of Regulation (EU) No 1301/2013, point (d) is replaced by the following:

  1. (d)

    ‘undertakings in difficulty as defined in Union State aid rules; undertakings receiving support complying with Temporary Framework for State aid measuresf1 or Commission Regulations (EU) No 1407/2013f2, (EU) No 1408/2013f3 and (EU) No 717/2014f4 shall not be regarded as undertakings in difficulty for the purpose of this point;’.
