Article 1 Definitions

For the purpose of this Regulation:

  1. (1)

    ‘export’ means an export procedure within the meaning of Article 269 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013;

  2. (2)

    ‘customs territory of the European Union’ means the territory within the meaning of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013.
