  "text": "An airspace observer shall:\n(1) maintain a thorough airspace scan of the airspace surrounding the unmanned aircraft in order to identify any risk of a collision with any manned aircraft;\n(2) maintain awareness of the position of the unmanned aircraft through direct airspace observation or through assistance provided by electronic means;\n(3) alert the remote pilot when a hazard is detected and assist in avoiding or minimising the potential negative effects.",
