  "text": "The number of the approval certificate for whole-vehicle type-approvals shall consist of four sections and the number of the approval certificate for type-approvals of systems, components, and separate technical units shall consist of five sections, as detailed below. In both cases, the sections shall be separated by an asterisk (‘*’).",
