  "text": "When oocytes are recovered from individual live bovine animals (either by aspiration from surgically excised ovaries (‘ovariectomy’) or by ultrasonographically guided transvaginal aspiration (‘ovum pick-up’), the requirements laid down in Chapter II shall apply to the donor animals of such oocytes.",
