  "text": "Where consignments of germinal products of dogs or cats, of terrestrial animals other than bovine, porcine, ovine, caprine or equine animals kept at confined establishments or of animals of the family Camelidae or Cervidae are moved to another Member State, the operator shall notify the competent authority in the Member State of origin of the consignments in advance of the intended movement of those consignments of germinal products.",
