  "text": "Where germinal products intended for scientific purposes or for storage at gene banks are moved to another Member State, the operator of the establishment of dispatch shall notify the competent authority in the Member State of origin of the consignment in advance of the intended movement of those germinal products and provide the information listed in Article 46(2)(a) to (g).",
