  "heading": "Specific conditions for authorising the movement of feed materials of plant origin and straw from the protection zone",
  "text": "The competent authority may authorise movements of feed materials of plant origin and straw produced in the protection zone provided that:\n(a) they were produced in locations not keeping animals of listed species;\n(b) they were produced in feed processing establishments not keeping animals of listed species and the raw plant material originates:\n(i) from locations referred to in point (a); or\n(ii) from outside the protection zone;\n(c) they are intended for use within the protection zone; or\n(d) they have undergone at least one of the risk-mitigating treatments in accordance with Annex VIII.",
