  "heading": "Disease control measures to be applied when a category B or C disease is confirmed",
  "text": "In the event of confirmation of a category B or C disease in accordance with point (2) of Article 9 of of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689 in Member States or zones that have been granted the disease free status in with paragraph 4 of Article 36 of Regulation (EU) 2016/429 or paragraph 1 Article 84 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689, the competent authority shall apply the measures laid down in:\n(a) Articles 24 to 31 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689 for infection with Brucella abortus, B. melitensis, B. suis, infection with Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, enzootic bovine leucosis, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis/infectious pustular vulvovaginitis, infection with Aujeszky’s disease virus and bovine viral diarrhoea;\n(b) Article 36 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689 for infection with rabies virus; and\n(c) Article 42 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689 for infection with bluetongue virus (serotype 1-24).",
