  "text": "The animal health certificate for wild terrestrial animals, that is issued by the competent authority of the Member State of origin in accordance with Article 155(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/429, shall contain the general information provided for in point 3 of Annex VIII and an attestation of compliance with the requirements provided for in Article 101(4), and those in Article 101(5) of this Regulation where applicable.",
