  "text": "For the purposes of the notification referred to in Article 155(1)(d) of Regulation (EU) 2016/429, operators other than transporters moving wild terrestrial animals to another Member State shall provide the competent authority in the Member State of origin with the information provided for in Article 145(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/429 and in points 3(a) to (d) in Part 1 of Annex VIII concerning each consignment of those animals to be moved to another Member State.",
