  "text": "By way of derogation from the requirements set in Article 15(1)(c), operators may move kept ovine and caprine animals to another Member State or zone thereof without the status free from infection with Brucella abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis regarding ovine and caprine animals if they come from an establishment free from infection with Brucella abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis with vaccination regarding ovine and caprine animals.",
