  "heading": "Derogation for movements of other kept ungulates to other Member States or zones thereof regarding infection with Bluetongue virus (serotype 1-24)",
  "text": "By way of derogation from Article 29(1)(i), the competent authority of the Member State of origin may authorise the movement of other kept ungulates of listed species for infection with Bluetongue virus (serotype 1-24) which do not fulfil at least one of the requirements laid down in points 1 to 3 of Section 1 of Chapter 2 of Part II of Annex V to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689 to another Member State or zone thereof\n(a) with a disease-free status or with an approved eradication programme for infection with Bluetongue virus (serotype 1-24), if the Member State of destination has informed the Commission and the other Member States that such movements are authorised under the conditions referred to in Article 43(2) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689;\n(b) without a disease-free status and without an approved eradication programme for infection with Bluetongue virus (serotype 1-24), if the Member State of destination has informed the Commission and the other Member States that such movements are authorised. If the Member State of destination sets conditions for the authorisation of such movement, those conditions must be any one of the conditions referred to in points 5 to 8 of Section 1 of Chapter 2 of Part II of Annex V of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689.",
