  "heading": "Derogation for movements of specified pathogen-free eggs",
  "text": "By way of derogation from the requirements set out in Article 38, operators shall only move specified pathogen-free eggs to another Member State when those eggs fulfil the following requirements:\n(a) they come from an approved establishment keeping poultry;\n(b) they come from flocks which are free from specified pathogens as described in the European Pharmacopoeia and the results of all tests and clinical examinations required for this specific status have been favourable;\n(c) they are marked individually with the approval number of the establishment of origin referred to in Article 21(a) of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/2035.",
