  "text": "Member States shall make available to the public information on the acceptance in general of dogs, cats and ferrets less than 12 weeks old which have not received an anti-rabies vaccination, or dogs, cats and ferrets between 12 and 16 weeks old which have received an anti-rabies vaccination, but do not yet meet the validity requirements set out in Part 1 of Annex VII referred to in Article 54(1)(a) and in Article 56(a) coming from other Member States.",
