  "text": "In case the Member State of origin has introduced vaccination against a category A disease, operators shall only move terrestrial animals or hatching eggs to another Member State when those animals and hatching eggs fulfil the specific conditions laid down in accordance with Article 47 of Regulation (EU) 2016/429 for the relevant category A disease and animals of listed species for that disease.",
