Division 4 In addition to the selection criteria for targeted surveillance of establishments referred to in point 3, the following risk factors must be taken into account at the establishment level:

the kept species;

the cycle and duration of production;

presence of several poultry species;

presence of multi-age poultry flocks;

presence of long-lived poultry;

practice of all-in all-out principle;

length of waiting period between batches; and

biosecurity practices and housing conditions.
