Section 1 Granting of the status

  1. 1The status free from infection with Brucella abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis without vaccination may only be granted to an establishment keeping bovine, ovine or caprine animals if:
  2. 2By way of derogation from point 1, the status free from infection with Brucella abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis without vaccination may be granted to an establishment if all bovine, ovine or caprine animals originate from establishments free from infection with Brucella abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis without vaccination, or free with vaccination and have not been vaccinated during the past 3 years, and:
  3. 3By way of derogation from point 1, the status free from infection with Brucella abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis without vaccination may be granted to an establishment with the status free from infection with Brucella abortus, B. melitensis and B. suis with vaccination if:
