Division 2 For the purpose of eradication programmes for infection with RABV the vaccination against infection with RABV of stray dog populations must:

be organised and implemented, if necessary, as part of control and management measures of stray dog populations, taking into account the risk assessment provided for in point (a) of Article 32(2);

comply with the requirements of Section 1.
