Section 4 Maintenance of status free from infection with Bonamia ostreae

  3. 3The status free from infection with Bonamia ostreae may only be maintained as long as all samples, using the diagnostic methods set out in point 2 of Section 5 have produced negative results for Bonamia ostreae and any suspicion of infection with Bonamia ostreae has been ruled out in accordance with the diagnostic methods set out in point 3 of Section 5.
