Article 22 Extension of disease control measures in the event of suspicion of certain diseases

The competent authority shall, when it considers it necessary, extend the measures laid down in Article 21 to:
(a)
relevant additional animal populations kept in the establishment;
(b)
any establishment which has an epidemiological link with the establishment where the suspected case occurred.
2.
If the presence of the disease is suspected in wild animals, the competent authority shall, when it considers it necessary, extend to the establishments that are at risk of infection the measures laid down in Article 21.
