  "text": "When granting approval, the competent authority shall ensure that aquaculture establishments which are closed facilities keeping aquaculture animals for ornamental purposes which, because of their movement patterns, create a significant disease risk, comply with the requirements set out in:\n(a) Article 6(1), in relation to risk-based surveillance;\n(b) point 1 of Part 10 of Annex I, in relation to biosecurity measures;\n(c) point 2 of Part 10 of Annex I, in relation to facilities and equipment.",
