  "text": "When granting approval, the competent authority shall ensure that vessels or other mobile premises where aquaculture animals are kept temporarily to be treated or to undergo another husbandry-related procedure comply with the requirements set out in:\n(a) point 1 of Part 12 of Annex I, in relation to biosecurity measures;\n(b) point 2 of Part 12 of Annex I, in relation to facilities and equipment.",
