  "text": "Member States shall ensure that, for the existing aquaculture establishments and operators referred to in Article 279(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/429 which fall within the scope of Articles 20 and 21 of this Regulation, the information required by Articles 20 and 21 has been included for each such aquaculture establishment and operator in the registers of registered and approved aquaculture establishments kept by competent authorities before 21 April 2021.",
