Division 5 Hatching eggs of poultry must be transported in containers which bear the following indications:

  1. (a)

    the word ‘hatching’;

  2. (b)

    the name and ISO code of the third country or territory of origin;

  3. (c)

    the species of poultry concerned;

  4. (d)

    the number of eggs;

  5. (e)

    the category and type of production for which they are intended;

  6. (f)

    the name, address and approval number of the establishment of origin of the eggs;

  7. (g)

    the approval number of the establishment of origin of the flock of origin, if different from point (f);

  8. (h)

    the name of the Member State of destination.
