  "text": "Consignments of hatching eggs intended for a Member State with status free from infection with Newcastle disease virus without vaccination, shall only be permitted to enter the Union if they:\n(a) are not vaccinated against infection with Newcastle disease virus;\n(b) originate from flocks which comply with the requirements set out in one of the following points:\n(i) they have not been vaccinated against infection with Newcastle disease virus;\nor\n(ii) they have been vaccinated against infection with Newcastle disease virus using an inactivated vaccine;\nor\n(iii) they have been vaccinated against infection with Newcastle disease virus using a live vaccine at the latest within the period of 60 days prior to the date of collection of the eggs.",
